Terms and conditions

By purchasing any product, program, or session from Teresa Read and Soul Space Healing (including but not limited to Soul Flow, Soul Spicy, Soul-Woven, Soul Anchored, and Soul Essential), you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, audio files, meditations, templates, frameworks and teachings shared within any program, workshop, membership, or session, remain the sole intellectual property of Teresa Read. Redistribution, reproduction, or reuse without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this work — which often includes instant access to digital content, energetic activations, and sacred spaces — all sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that your soul has already said yes. Please purchase with clarity and intention.

3. Payment Plans & Financial Commitments

If you opt for a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Missed payments may result in access being paused or revoked until the balance is cleared. This work operates on energetic and financial integrity — both matter.

4. Subscription Payment Plans

All subscriptions (including memberships and ongoing programs, but excluding Soul Spicy Circles) are a 12-month energetic and financial commitment. This allows the work to unfold with depth and integrity. If, after the 12 months, you feel complete and wish to pause or exit your subscription, simply email teresa@teresaread.com with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. I honour your journey either way.

5. Personal Responsibility

Transformation is co-creation. Teresa provides the tools, energy, and sacred space — it’s your responsibility to engage with the content and integrate it into your life. This is not a quick fix or a ‘done-for-you’ program. Your commitment determines your outcome.

6. Confidentiality

All communication and sharing within private containers (including 1:1 sessions, group chats, and community forums) is held as sacred and confidential. Teresa upholds the highest standard of privacy and expects the same from all participants.

7. Energy & Boundaries

Teresa is committed to high-frequency service and honours her energy deeply. Replies to Voxer, email, or messages may take up to 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Urgent matters must be clearly communicated. Mutual respect and understanding are foundational.

8. Scope of Practice

Teresa is not a licensed medical practitioner, financial advisor, or psychologist. Her work is intuitive, energetic, and spiritual in nature. You agree to take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, financial choices, and outcomes.

9. Termination of Access

In the rare event of a breach of these terms — including but not limited to disrespectful behaviour, confidentiality breaches, or payment failure — Teresa reserves the right to remove access to programs or services without refund. This is to protect the safety and integrity of all involved.

10. Use of Testimonials & Wins

By joining any offering, you agree that Teresa may share your feedback or celebrations anonymously for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed. If you’d prefer your words or story not be used, simply let her know — this will always be respected.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be managed in accordance with applicable Australian legal processes.
