1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products (digital, physical, or subscription-based) from Teresa Read (“we”, “us” or “our”), you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with your purchase.

2. Products and Services

We offer:
• Physical products,
• Digital products,
• Subscription services, including:
– Monthly digital content access
– Recurring access to member-only features or updates.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

You authorise us to automatically charge your nominated payment method unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any increase.

4. Subscription Terms

Billing Cycle: Monthly billing occurs on the date of your original purchase (or the next business day if unavailable).

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by emailing \[insert support email].

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Failed Payments:

If a payment fails, we may retry up to 3 times within 10 days.

If payment remains unsuccessful, your access may be suspended or cancelled.

Free Trials (if offered):

At the end of the free trial, your subscription will convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Only one trial per customer is permitted unless otherwise agreed.

5. Shipping and Delivery (Physical Goods)

We ship within Australia and internationally using Australia Post/Star Track.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your destination country.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of goods to the carrier.

6. Digital Product and Subscription Delivery

Digital subscriptions are delivered via login access, download, or email.

Access is limited to the duration of the subscription term.

It is your responsibility to maintain secure login credentials and internet access.

7. Refunds and Returns

Physical Products:

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure.

Minor issues will be addressed through repair or replacement where appropriate.

Change of mind returns are not accepted unless stated otherwise.

Digital Products and Subscriptions:

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, is unfit for purpose, or otherwise defective.

No refunds for change of mind**, subscription inactivity, or failure to cancel before the renewal date.

If a digital product or subscription fails to perform as described, please contact us to request a remedy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including digital products, images, text, and trademarks, remains the intellectual property of [Your Business Name] or its licensors. Purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the ACL.

If you are purchasing from outside Australia, you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

You acknowledge that digital goods may not be available or legal in some countries and use them at your own risk.
